Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR NOTICE RULE : Please give a notice of 24 hours before your appointment via text message if you cannot make it to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. If you no-show without a notice you will be charged 100% of the service. LATE FEES : You will be charged a late fee of $15 AT TEN MINUTES PAST your appointment time. After 15 MINUTES the appointment will be cancelled and charged 30% of the service fee. PLEASE NO EXTRA GUEST IN ATTENDANCE TO THE SERVICE. SPACE IS LIMITED.
